Attendees learn how to improve the quality of life for himself or herself and the relative or friend in the caring relationship.
Many people in the community have a responsibility as the carer, this role can be particularly demanding. Carers may be required to develop new skills and faced with complex new information that can often make a person feel unprepared and isolated. Conducted in a supportive group environment to encourage the sharing of experiences, coping strategies and develop.
