Bereavement Support Group

Grief is our natural response to the loss of a loved one. Whilst we each experience grief and loss in our own way sharing with others can provide additional support and help find ways to manage.

Our Bereavement Support Group focuses on coping with loss and grief. Participants will have the opportunity to share with others in a similar situation and learn practical skills to help deal with the challenges associated with the loss of a loved one.

This support group is open to anyone dealing with the grief associated with the loss of a loved one, regardless of how your loved one passed away.

The group will meet once per week over a period of six weeks, each session will run for approximately two hours.
